Might just be my favorite song of the album... so good... The way each part flows into eachother is seamless, and it never gets boring while still having a satisfying amount of repetition. Overall the sound design and composition are amazing, and the song never gets old.

[Paper Skies & Nanqo - Orbit]

The ambient parts are amazing, the atmosphere is so impactful and well made, however the drop parts bring it down and are a bit of a disappointment. The calm parts have emotion and personality, like someone was inspired to make them, while the drop parts are just generic edm drops. It sounds like the song forgets it's own identity, and just tries to lazily copy other similar songs. They're also much too compressed. The calm parts are much more dynamic and open sounding. The drop parts don't have that. On top of all this, the song just kind of repeats it'self without really having a real direction. Some parts have soooo much potential, and it's sad to see it wasted, but then again, I wouldn't be able to do better...

Honestly man, I have to agree with you. This project is a few years old now and there's definitely some major compression issues in the drop. Was having lots of trouble at the time working out my saws and it was a little easier to work with a piano to create a nice atmospheric and wide setting. I'm super glad you enjoyed and thanks for the feedback! Was spot on!
